As a Network Account Manager, you will join Commercial Team and work alongside other NAMs, Brand Lead, but also with Medical and Regulatory and Compliance colleagues as needed. Other interactions are expected, with external Stakeholders and oncology KOLs.
Key responsibilities:
- Covering accounts; Covering HCPs/KOLs
- Regular communication with Purchasing department
- Regular communication with clinical pharmacies
- Implementing marketing and medical strategy
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with HCPs/KOLs, Clinical pharmacies and accounts in the therapeutic area of responsibility
- Planning and executing an enterprising approach to customers ensuring the expansion of product value within each territory.
- Ensure proper targeting of customers; build relationship with targeted customers to enhance territory knowledge
- Identify and build relationships and any premarketing activities with any new group of KOLs needed
- Execution of ad-hoc projects, diagnosing situation in dedicated territory to design, propose and implement adjustments to territory business plan
- Identify, lead, and execute any meetings/conferences/symposium/materials for our products that benefit patients - partner with team members on creation of A&P plan for the country
- Ensure effective implementation of designated marketing plans to achieve desired business outcomes. collaboratively with colleagues in other departments (eg Regulatory, Medical, Safety, Public Affairs and other BUs)
- Consolidate information from the field and present it to the management.
- Ensure all activities comply with Foreign Corrupt practices Act (FCPA) and are fully compliant with Pfizer policies and procedures
- Know patient's journey and reference network on dedicated area
- Create territory action plan based on real life data, propose development/improvement solutions
- Responsibility for availability of TA portfolio in the country/targeted accounts
- Responsible in developing diagnostic networks, helping development of center of excellences, center of diagnosis
- Performing job duties in accordance with applicable local laws and regulatory requirements and Pfizer internal procedures
Profile:
Must-Have:
- Relevant degree in natural/biomedical science
- Knowledge of Pfizer standards and policies and local legislation on pharmaceuticals
- Computer knowledge and familiarity in company information systems
- Communication skills, planning and organizational skills
- Strong skills in analytics, communication, and prioritization
- Resilience with a positive can-do attitude
- Driving licence
Nice-to-Have:
- Work experience in pharmaceutical similar roles
- Deepened knowledge in healthcare environment
- Accurate knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and designated products
