Operation Manager
(Novi Sad)
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the work of various departments or teams within the organization, ensuring that each team is working effectively towards the company's goals (production, process and industrial engineering, maintenance)
- Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Allocating resources such as personnel, equipment, and finances effectively to meet operational needs and budgetary constraints.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure that products or services meet established standards and customer expectations.
- Overseeing inventory levels, procurement, and distribution to ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet demand without excess inventory costs.
- Identifying potential risks to operations and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as implementing safety protocols or contingency plans.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operational processes and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Facilitating communication between different departments or levels of management to ensure that everyone is aligned with company goals and objectives. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all aspects of operations.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement long-term operational strategies that support the company's overall objectives.
- Responsible for implementing 3Q6S in the production facility
- Manages the activities of the team, develops the employees in the team, ensures the required level of competence, participates in the selection of employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic)
- Min 3 years of relevant work experience at managerial position
- Experience in budget management
- Positive approach and teamwork orientation
- Advanced MS office skills
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
- Familiarity with IATF standard, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing
- Fluency in English
