For our HMI Operations Excellence Team, we are in search of reliable future employee to take over this global position located in Novi Sad.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creates, guides and steers HMI Operations Communication Network/Community, as well as communication activities for HMI Operations
- Responsible to standardize and professionalize communication in HMI BU Operations
- Builds up state of the art Operations Communication Channels (e.g. Kaizala, News formats, Blueprints)
- Creates and distributes standardized content for selected channels
- Sets up, guides and steers global network for communication related topics and with this brings Continental vision "strong together" to life
- Drives active marketing for HMI related topics (Innovation topics, contribution to HMI Townhalls, Newsletter etc.)
- Drives "Lighthouse topics" in order to promote HMI activities (e.g. Sustainability)
- Prepares speeches, presentations etc. for e.g. Town Hall Meetings
- Organizes events for HMI community (virtual Meetings, Conventions etc.)
- Consults and supports ramp-up of location Novi Sad in terms of branding, visualization, local communication activities
- Defines concept and roll-out of employee communication in HMI Plants and FFs

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree, preferably in Communication or Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in Communication department in the automotive industry or in the Agency
- Experience in international environment would be considered as an advantage
- Communication concepts, content, tools & methods advanced knowledge
- Project Management advanced knowledge
- Customer orientation and Quality mindset
- MS Office Advanced
- Excellent communication and moderation skills
- Fluent in English
