Responsibilities:

• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times;
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company development and growth;
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness;
• Identify and address staffing requirements for efficient operations, and maintain a strong work culture that attracts and retains people while driving the organization’s mission;
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and accountability;
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback;
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of management experience;
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical studies, Engineering, Management, Organizational sciences, Legal, Economics, or a related field;
• Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company;
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance;
• Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment;
