Aspecto is seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager (Office & Project Manager) to join our team of dedicated and ambitious professionals. In this role, you will support leaders, colleagues, and external parties through a broad range of administrative and project management tasks. Key Responsibilities:
*Office Management:*
- Multinational Coordination: Plan and organize travel, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Administrative Support: Organize and coordinate daily administrative activities.
- Human Resources: Assist with creating employment contracts, conducting interviews, and onboarding employees into our internal systems.
- Management Support: Provide administrative and organizational assistance to management.
- Travel Coordination: Communicate with colleagues and organize their travel across Europe, North America, and Australia.
*Project Management:*
- International Project Oversight: Manage the organizational aspects of international projects, ensuring smooth operations.
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, our technical experts and clients.
- Resource Allocation: Identify and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and time.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with all project parties to provide updates on project progress and address any issues.

- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous. Experience working in an electrical power engineering company would be ideal.
- Education: Higher education or a bachelor’s degree is preferred; at minimum, completion of higher secondary school (e.g., Economic school).
