Job Description:

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our core management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office and team environment. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will be the backbone of our daily operations, providing comprehensive administrative support and fostering a positive work environment. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, anticipate needs, and stay one step ahead will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and core management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and ensuring timely responses.
  • Organize and maintain the office environment, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and conducive to productivity.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, social activities, and team-building exercises to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar administrative/operational role, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
