Qualifications:
- Faculty degree in Business, Management, or related fields
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent knowledge in the use of the current Windows Operating System, Office Package, and Google Application tools
- Excellent communication skills as well as public speaking and presentation skills
- Team-working skills with the ability to work independently when necessary
- Analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills and being able to work under pressure
- Monitoring skills (keeping supervisors updated on account status, new developments, and pending deadlines)
- Good judgment skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Customer service skills and results orientation
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
- Meticulous and thorough task approach (documenting actions and communications, prioritizing, scheduling, and striving for accuracy at all times)

- Prepared to learn firsthand skills, new innovations, and modern technologies
- Able to maintain corporate and personal privacy and security of sensitive information at all times
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from top management, groups of managers, clients, and customers
- Willingness for onboarding/training from our offices in Belgrade or Nis for 2 months, after which the position will be fully hybrid

Responsibilities:
- Supervision and performance management of the assigned business unit
- Superintendence over two or more Client Managers including training, coaching, and mentoring in order to increase skill set and knowledge base
- Holding the team accountable for the work delegated to them
- Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction
- Creating various analyses and reports, both internal and external as assigned
- Setting up proper client and productivity baselines
- Performance management of employees in the unit, including proposals for promotion, salary increases/bonuses, demotion, and/or contract termination
- Communication with clients on non-task-related matters
- Providing feedback to HR in regards to Employee Talks
- Maintenance of OIP’s Project Management Software
- Head Count and staffing monitoring and planning
- Setting up new hires or terminating employees in the client system and announcing staffing changes to clients
- Managing entire business unit performance - Quality and Productivity
- Ensuring that assigned employees are efficiently using company-provided equipment and procedures
