We are a small, entrepreneurial, and fast-growing company. We’re looking for an independent, driven, senior operations specialist to join our team. Opportunity to learn the commercial real estate investing business, a chance to have a big impact at a small company, and great opportunities to move up in the company with good performance.
We do not handhold. We will do some training up front and expect the right candidate to self-teach with our training archive and through previous managerial experience, prove to be a good fit for the job. With less than 30 people in the company, each person has the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Strong performance is a must in this position. We are looking for 8 hours a day working eastern standard time hours from 9am - 6pm EST (3pm - 12am Serbian Time) with an hour break inbetween, Monday to Friday.
About The Position:
- Implement new and better systems where needed
- Execute a wide variety of tasks and projects quickly and effectively
- Find where tasks are not getting done quickly enough, and pitch in, taking the project over, and getting it completed yourself
- Taking anything needed off business owner's plate to make him more effective
- You'll have weekly performance check-ins with company founders to ensure on track to hit goals and achieve results
- Training, monitoring and motivating co-workers. Leading by example will be a must for this position.
- This is a remote, work-from-home position
Required Qualifications:
- MUST be able to work 9am-5pm EST hours
- Management of teams of 8+ people
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Candidate Requirements:
- Verifiable management experience. We WILL verify your past management experience.

Salary - $1,000 - $1,400 a month
