ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about international trade and logistics? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our innovative company, specializing in wholesale trading, logistics, and transportation solutions.

As an Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize foreign trade operations, coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth business processes. Your proactive support will contribute to the company's growth and success in a remote working environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Supplier Coordination: Manage interactions with foreign suppliers and manufacturers to obtain necessary information and commercial support, ensure high-quality communication with trading partners and end users, place customer orders, and oversee their execution to meet contractual obligations.
  • Customer Interaction: Resolve customer issues related to warranty cases and document flow, provide professional advice, process applications and orders, give feedback on terms and prices, and prepare commercial offers to enhance service quality and customer loyalty.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate with logistics service providers by placing service requests, negotiating costs, and ensuring efficient transportation solutions to meet trade and delivery requirements.
  • Office Administration: Handle office tasks, including working with CRM systems, preparing necessary documentation, and communicating with existing customers, using advanced PC skills and technical expertise in a home-based work environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to enhance efficiency and deliver value across the organization.

KEY SKILLS

  • English Communication: Proficient in written and verbal English for effective interaction with suppliers, customers, and teams. Knowledge of Serbian and Russian is a plus.
  • Experience: Up to 6 months of experience in international logistics, finance, administration, or accounting, particularly in a remote environment, or strong entry-level candidates with excellent computer skills and a keen interest in these fields.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced PC skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive; experience with CRM systems (Odoo preferred).
  • Customer Service & Organizational Skills: Expert in resolving issues, providing advice, managing tasks like order placement and logistics, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail for high-quality service and compliance.
  • Proactive Self-Starter: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and goal oriented approach to resolving customer issues, negotiating logistics, and improving processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective in working with various departments to enhance efficiency and deliver value.
  • Adaptability: Positive and flexible, thriving in dynamic environments with diverse responsibilities.
