You will:
- Directly oversee the workflow of the Operations team
- Hire, train, and manage specialists in various fields
- Delegate work to your team members in a timely and understandable fashion
- Work alongside your team members to offload them when necessary
- Lead scrums, ensuring that each meeting is a valuable use of everyone’s time
- Take responsibility for ensuring that team culture aligns with company values
- Represent your team to the Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal departments
- Identify and exploit opportunities to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience with hands-on leadership of direct reports
- Experience implementing new efficiency processes
- Experience using web apps in a professional environment
- Technical and internet savvy
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
