About the role:
As our Operations and Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the creative and operational development of our Tarot Cards brand, TRIDEVIA (pronounced Tree-de-via). In this dynamic and multifaceted role, you will blend your passion for the metaphysical world with your artistic and eCommerce expertise to deliver immersive and engaging Tarot experiences. You will spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative Tarot courses, delve into customer insights, and ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Your role is pivotal in shaping our customers’ spiritual journey and elevating TRIDEVIA to new heights of success and recognition in the Tarot community.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- 3PL Partnership Establishment — Identify and finalize partnerships with 3PL providers in CA and the UK for automated integration with Shopify, ensuring local sales capability for our Tarot Cards, to be completed by the end of the 1st week.
- Course Development and Implementation — Within the first 4 weeks, successfully convert raw content into edited content and implement at least two complete Tarot courses on the website, including creating and designing complementary workbooks and graphical elements.
- Customer Profile Analysis — By the end of the 2nd week, provide a comprehensive report summarizing customer reviews, highlighting key insights into the ideal customer profiles for our Tarot Cards and Courses (As per the availability of newly recorded customer conversations)
- Product Research Excellence — Conduct an in-depth analysis of the Tarot Journals market and submit a detailed summary report with potential product ideas and market trends by the end of the 3rd week.
Course Launch and Content Coordination — Achieve the capability to autonomously launch one course per week by the end of the 8th week, while also taking full lead in coordinating YouTube content creation and publishing.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Interest in Metaphysics/Spirituality — A genuine interest and understanding of the metaphysical and spiritual world, aligning with the core essence of our Tarot Cards brand.
- eCommerce Experience — Proven experience managing or working within eCommerce platforms, demonstrating an understanding of online retail dynamics.
- Artistic Skills and Photography — an artistic flair, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics; photography as a hobby or skill would be highly advantageous.
- Strong Communication Skills — Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities, essential for clear and effective interactions with team members, partners, and customers.
- Critical Thinking — The capacity to think independently and critically, offering innovative solutions and constructive feedback rather than conforming to a "yes-man" attitude.
- Project Management Skills — Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Creative Design and Content Development — Proficiency in creating engaging content and design elements, with a strong understanding of branding and user experience.
- Stakeholder Management — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Technical Savvy — Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, and basic skills for managing course landing pages.
- Research and Market Analysis — Ability to conduct thorough market research and present findings clearly and promptly.
- Leadership and Initiative — Demonstrated capability to take initiative, lead projects, and work independently with minimal supervision.
