Your job
- Data maintenance in our PIM (product Information Management) system to make digital product information available for our customers like: product describing texts, assigning media data like photos, adding technical and luminaire data gathered from our development departments & laboratories.
- Working together with our product managers & project leaders to collect, coordinate and create needed data for our products
- Data maintenance of product variant configurators to enable product configuration for all defined product options
- Data maintenance in our ERP system (SAP) for PIM related data like: product status, sales views, classifications, price uploads,…
- Contributing i IT projects for Product Information systems
Your profile
- Very good spoken and written English (German in addition would be helpful)
- Very good Excel knowledge and knowledge of handling large data quantities (spreadsheets)
- University degree
- Readiness to learn
- Advantageous: luminaire product knowledge & experience in working with SAP
- Affinity for numbers and large data quantities
- Analytical, concentrated way of working with high accuracy
- Ability to keep track of a high number of articles
- High readiness to learn the handling of new IT systems
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills
- Use of new media (such as MS-Teams etc.) for working in geographically separate teams as well as displaying openness towards global team members
