The PPC Manager is an expert in digital marketing, focusing on paid search & paid social strategy and implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed. You will also help serve as a subject matter expert for the client success manager and strategy team members with account performance analysis, reporting and proactive tactical recommendations. For the right candidate, a growth opportunity exists for a Senior paid media analyst role.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the strategy and execution of paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to solve client goals.
- Analyze performance and deliver proactive actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Drive innovation with recommendations on budget, bidding, targeting, and creative assets.
- Manage paid campaigns end-to-end, from research and implementation to optimization and reporting.
- Educate team members on paid advertising principles and contribute to a culture of growth.
- Stay Updated on best practices and industry trends.
About You:

What You Bring:
- Experience: 4+ years in paid media (PPC/SEM), ideally with agency experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn and Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook, and GTM.
- B2B Expertise: Familiarity with B2B verticals is essential.
- Complementary Knowledge: SEO, email, and social media experience a plus.
Please note that you will be working in the EST time zone (Serbia 2 pm-10 pm) as a contractor, so we will not cover your health care insurance, taxes, and other government-related obligations, and it will be your responsibility.
