Where your expertise is needed:

• Handling correspondence with colleagues, suppliers and service providers
• Maintaining our employee, filing systems, and supporting payroll and bookkeeping tasks
• Managing our budget expenses and ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Supporting all colleagues on general administrative and organizational tasks
• Scheduling and confirming meetings and events
• Additional tasks in case of returning to the office:
  • Welcoming, hosting and supporting visitors and business partners
  • Maintaining the office condition and monitoring of office supplies and inventory

What we are looking for:

• You have started or completed your university studies and have practical experience in the field of office administration, client relations, hospitality or in the hotel industry
• Your way of working is well-structured and independent and you possess very good organizational and problem-solving skills
• For you, customer orientation and service mentality are not just empty phrases, accuracy is no exception and confidentiality is one of your trademarks
• You come with a high level of responsibility, self-motivation and with the ability to work with little supervision
• You operate confidently with the common MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• You have excellent communication skills and an outstanding command of spoken and written English, so that meetings with our colleagues from Hamburg are absolutely no problem for you
