What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute sales plans for Pathway’s automation platform
  • Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in the insurance vertical
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Identify and open new market niches and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with prospects and customers
  • Provide timely forecasting and insights on sales performance and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth pre-sales and onboarding experience
  • Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech, or financial services preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (C1/C2 level required)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and modern CRM tools
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of SaaS and customer success models
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
