Payroll Specialist

As part of our continued growth and dedication to operational excellence, we are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.            

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the calculation and implementation of the annual salary review in accordance with the payroll policy
• Be responsible for the formulation, accounting, and distribution of monthly compensation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Manage payroll processing, including salary payments, bonuses, deductions, and benefits administration
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date
• Address payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and tools
• Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
