We are hiring a Payroll Specialist
Hybrid working model - Belgrade office
We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis (minimum 18 months). This role offers the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing payroll calculations
- Processing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Processing tax payments and filing tax applications and returns
- Tracking, filing and processing Sick Leaves with RFZO
- General Ledger accounting related to payroll, taxes, and payments
- Analyzing and preparing certain month-end accruals
- Performing Account Analysis
- Preparing monthly financial reports for the Group
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Respecting established internal control processes and procedures
Your profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm or directly within an accounting department
- Proficient in payroll and accounting software
- Familiarity with payment processing applications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Dependable and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in English is mandatory due to daily interactions with the Corporate Finance team
Skills that would be a plus:
- Experience with the MPP Payroll software
- Familiarity with ERP accounting software (e.g., Oracle)
- Experience with the payments app Halcom
