Payroll and Compliance HR Specialist with Turkish and English

For one of our clients – an international company, leading game developer providing player- favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Payroll and Compliance HR Specialist with Turkish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, offering guidance on company policies and procedures;
• Prepare and oversee payroll-related documents, bonuses, and statistical reports;
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, employee records, and legal registrations;
• Conduct routine audits of personnel policies, files, and employment documentation;
• Liaise with external partners, including payroll providers, legal advisors, and health and safety organizations;
• Assist with HR projects, ensuring deadlines are met and records remain up to date.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an HR or similar administrative role;
• Strong knowledge of Serbian labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken;
• Competency in MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage confidential data with discretion and professionalism.
