Performance Marketing Expert

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive new acquisitions
• Use data to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Drive continuous improvement and implementation of best practices through all paid channels having in mind key performance metrics
• Actively monitor industry & market trends and develop new acquisition ideas/strategies.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams and departments in order to ensure that there is an alignment of messaging and goals

If you have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in performance or e-commerce marketing (held positions such as: performance marketing expert/manager, commerce traffic expert/manager, lead generation manager, …)
• Proficiency in AdWords (search, display & YT)
• Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager (FB Ads, Commerce Manager)
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience in using marketing automation tools (eg. Salesforce) would be preferable
• Excellent English fluency, written and spoken
