We are seeking a talented Performance and Data Analysis Specialist to support our global operations by creating insightful reports and translating data into actionable business insights. This role is crucial for identifying trends, patterns, and irregularities in key data metrics.
- Translate data into useful information through applied analytics and business insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and irregularities in key data metrics.
- Prepare various reports for global services at all location centers (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Standardize performance reports for internal and external use.
- Collect and interpret data, analyze results, and report findings to relevant business members.
- Improve the existing MIS performance structure.
- Control transactional prices and create task measurement tools.
- Act in accordance with company procedures, guidelines, and standards.
- Continuously work on professional development and improvement.
- Learn new systems and transfer knowledge to process specialists and operations.
- University degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced use of MS Office programs.
- High motivation and self-discipline.
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of company operations and systems.
- Ability to communicate regularly with clients from different countries.
- Excellent knowledge and command of English.
