We are looking for Personal Assistant to General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Collecting documents and reports
- Communication between all departments in the company
- Providing required information about reports on daily basis
Requirements and skills:
- At least 1 year experience as personal assistant
- Fluent English is a must
- Problem-solving
- Mature and self-confident
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Persistent, can-do attitude
