If you acquired experience in the following areas or you are ambitious to acquire:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative, logistical, and technical support to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Dealing with highly confidential matters for the CEO
  • Organising meetings with relevant parties involved, taking notes at meetings, and providing general assistance during presentations
  • Managing all travel arrangements and communicating them to the parties involved
  • Providing strong analysis and research where required to produce necessary reports for the CEO
  • Ensuring that relevant reports, agendas, and other information are written and communicated to the parties involved
  • Scheduling open issues of the CEO and taking care of the CEO Administration (dealing with incoming emails, post, and day-to-day support)
  • Promoting the corporate image by professionally representing the CEO and Sixsentix internally & externally, with clients and other stakeholders

Apart from culture fit being of paramount importance, for our current job opening we are looking for the following good-to-have skill set:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English or Business Administration
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English language skills, knowledge of German will be considered a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience in arranging meetings on an international basis
  • Highly confidential approach to work
  • Highly collaborative approach with a strong sense of teamwork and willingness to work with colleagues and other departments internationally
  • Ability to respond quickly, positively, and with the flexibility to swiftly changing and pressurized situations
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn and understand the technical aspects of Sixsentix and QACube business
