We are looking for an organized, reliable, flexible, and discreet person to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Managing Partner/Founder of Company, organizing and scheduling her activities
  • Organizing meetings and conference calls, and ensuring the Managing Partner is well prepared for meetings, organizing tasks such as marketing, recruitment, trainings and business development
  • Email and oral correspondence with employees and clients (in Serbia and abroad)
  • Managing the entire travel process on behalf of the Managing Partner
  • Organize business trips for employees and clients
  • Organize company events
  • Administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Knowledge of German and/or Russian is a plus;
  • At least 5 years proven track record as Assistant at senior level, preferably in an international environment;
  • Flexibility to travel;
  • Calm and professional manner;
  • Good Time Management, ability to multi-task, show initiative and manage your own work load;
  • Discrete and trustworthy;
  • Excellent MS Office and general administration skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
