Personnel Development and Recruitment Officer

Tasks:

• Manages all activities linked with personnel and organizational development
• Identifies needs for training, improvement and personnel development in order to reach better efficiency of employees and supports their implementation to accomplish company targets
• Organizes all external and internal trainings, collaborates with external training partners and conducts internal trainings and workshops for employees and managers
• Takes care about conducting internal development tools and training plans
• Collaborates with local schools, universities and National Service for Unemployment
• Responsible for whole recruitment and selection process due to global and local procedures
• Responsible for internal promotions and assures compliance to Draexlmaier global promotion policy
• Participates in Employer branding, promotion of Employer on the market and attracting potential candidates in collaboration with PR and communication department

Profile:

• University degree in Psychology
• 1+ year of experience in Human resources
• Work experience in automotive or manufacturing industry will be considered as an asset
• Experience in application of recruitment and selection tools
• Fluency in English
• Strong organizational skills
• Capacity for multitasking
• Good interpersonal, communication and presenting skills
