Plant Manager

Belgrade, Nish

You will lead an international Greenfield project coupled with Plant Relocation and several Project Launches.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years experience as Plant Manager, Project Manager or Director of Operations in a manufacturing company
• Proven track record with leading a 500+FTE plant
• Experience with plant relocation, lean management introduction, ramp-up phase and operational performance improvements
• Fluent English is a must
• International experience is an advantage
