JOB DESCRIPTION BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for a Business Analyst to be included in the commercial structure of the Terranova/Calliope Brands in the Belgrade office.

Approximately 100 annual trips will be required to the reference markets and to the Rimini headquarters.

The work team speaks Italian/English.

The selected person will be responsible for collecting and analyzing the data necessary to support decisions and the development of commercial strategies.

Main activities:

• produce and promptly consult the reporting systems available
• process the data obtained from the reports in a functional logic for the decisions and strategies to be planned
• analyze the sales trend in terms of performance indicators, alerting the sales managers of the various areas when interventions on the strategy are needed
• constantly monitor the status of the goods inventory with specific indications regarding categories, articles and references
• support the activities of Visual Merchandising managers
• analyze the development and implementation of new IT systems and reporting to support the commercial area

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• previous experience in similar roles, minimum 2 year
• advanced knowledge of Excel
• good analytical skills
• TABLEAU reporting knowledge
• Master Degree, preferably in: Statistics, Mathematics or Economics
• availability for periodic trips
• knowledge of the English language required minimum level B2
• knowledge of the Italian language required minimum level A2
