This role is ideal for a proactive, field-oriented sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating with clients, and representing Lumesia with professionalism and purpose.
Location: Remote (Southern Serbia)
Key Responsibilites:
- Actively seek out and acquire new clients across Southern Serbia.
- Promote and sell Lumesia’s logistics products and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to meet both client needs and company goals.
- Regularly visit clients in the field, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
- Report on sales activities, market feedback, and pipeline status to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Possession of a vehicle and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
- Familiarity with logistics operations and sales processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
