These are expert positions in the EU-funded IPA project “Improving the Quality of Education by Introducing Examinations at the End of Secondary Education” (State Matura Project). The purpose of the project is to prepare the education system to implement the final examinations at the end of secondary education in the Republic of Serbia, as a contribution to the improvement of the quality of education and to the greater participation in higher education. 

The experts’ task will be to deliver training to different stakeholder groups in the area of state matura and final examinations in secondary education. We are looking for trainers to implement training programmes targeting decision-making and management structures, educational institutes and administrative bodies, school teachers, school principals, students and parents. In total, we aim to select a pool of 85 trainers to train different target groups.
