
Yettel Serbia is looking for a Pricing and Compensation Expert to join the Pricing team, part of Value Management and Marketing Portfolio Department.
What we will expect from you:
- Development of pricing proposals that maximize profit potential by taking into account customer’s purchasing habits, market situation and customer’s willingness to pay as well as costs for mobile and fixed services
- Perform analysis of pricing changes that impact sales per product/business models/channel in order to get further insights for value maximization (margin/upsell/revenue)
- Provide support for improving compensation models for all sales channels
- Follow market trends in Telco and other industries
- Provide expert support in cross-team projects
For a good start you will need:
- University degree
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Pricing / Revenue management or similar roles
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is a must
- Profound experience in creating business cases
- Very strong analytical, quantitative and critical thinking skills - identifying connections and trends in data and convert them into insights and viable strategies for the business
- Collaborative and proactive team player, with problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
