Process Analyst

What you’ll be doing

• Executes process analysis/optimization initiatives and lead process improvement initiatives;
• Operates as central point of contract in the area of Process Management concerning process analysis and process optimization topics;
• Proposes and supports bank’s projects in order to identify, analyze, improve and monitor business processes;
• Performs sizing (measuring) activities;
• Participates in updating methodologies, polices, procedures, work instructions and other acts in the field of competence;
• Provides guidance, mentorship and training on best practices and standards in the field of Process Management;
• Develops and updates bank’s process catalogue;
• Supports the process of bank's internal acts: coordination of the adoption process throughout all process phases from the moment of creation, consolidation, alignment, and adoption;
• Provides support to other organizational structure in the bank in the redesign of processes in order to improve their efficiency and alignment with the comprehensive strategy and goals, namely in the part of:
• analysis of the AS IS situation and making proposals for TO BE processes;
• define the model of the most appropriate process functioning;
• approval and implementation of process changes;
• monitoring and verification of the process improvement proposals;
• issuing the process documentation;
• updating process catalog;
• defining and monitoring of process performance goals and key performance indicators.

• Communicating and coordinating activities with the Bank’s employees in the area of responsibility;
• Provides assistance to the Unit supervisor in the Process management and internal acts activities.

• University degree
• Have acceptable level of knowledge of the English language
• Have good knowledge of MS Office
