Job Title: Process Engineer – Tooling

Location: Loznica, Serbia

Job Purpose:

Responsible for tooling and stamping process development, improvement, and support, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with design requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings and use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Participate in the design, trial, and optimization of tooling and accessories.
• Support the production process related to stamping molds and troubleshoot tooling issues.
• Use Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the tooling team on continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
• Communicate effectively in English with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Skilled in using CAD/drawing software.
• Familiar with tooling accessory processing and structure.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Relevant experience in stamping mold design, maintenance, or optimization.
• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) preferred.
