Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and compile comprehensive technical documentation related to stamping and welding processes, including cost estimations and mold investment analyses.
- Lead the assessment and validation of process plans, automation strategies, and tooling/fixture solutions.
Independently develop detailed process documentation, including but not limited to:- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Production flowcharts
- Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) reports
- Capacity and analysis charts
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and maintain equipment parameters to ensure consistent and efficient production operations.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues during mass manufacturing; initiate corrective measures in accordance with PFMEA methodology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical quality or process-related issues on the production line.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in interpreting 3D CAD technical drawings.
- Solid understanding of mechanical drawing conventions, including symbols and dimensional tolerances.
- Familiarity with the principles, functionality, and precision of mechanical processing equipment (e.g., milling machines, wire EDM, grinding machines).
- Foundational knowledge of cold stamping processes and associated technologies.
- Skilled in the use of CAD, UG (Unigraphics), SolidWorks, or other industry-standard design software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, particularly in relation to iron core stamping mold structures.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English within a professional setting.
- Demonstrated responsibility, organizational acumen, coordination capabilities, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
