Procurement Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading procurement activities across a range of categories, including SaaS, payments, and technology. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals while ensuring cost-effective purchasing and high-quality standards.

Take a closer look at the main responsibilities:

• Develop Procurement Strategies: Create and execute strategies to optimize purchasing, reduce costs, and support company growth
• Manage End-to-End Procurement: Oversee the entire procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiations and purchasing
• Supplier Optimization: Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with teams across Finance, Legal, IT, and more to ensure procurement aligns with compliance, risk, and budget requirements
• Support M&A Activities: Integrate procurement processes and optimize supplier contracts during mergers and acquisitions
• Monitor & Report on KPIs: Track procurement performance, cost savings, and vendor efficiency.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure procurement activities meet regulatory, financial, and security requirements.
• Manage Vendor Relationships: Handle supplier disputes, renew contracts, and build long-term partnerships
• Implement Best Practices: Leverage automation tools and best practices to improve procurement efficiency

What we expect from you:

• Mandatory: excellent knowledge of the English language
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience: Strong experience in procurement, particularly with SaaS, payments, IT, and professional services
• Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in contract negotiation and vendor management
• Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with procurement software, ERP systems, and tools to streamline operations
• Industry Experience: Familiarity with the fintech, SaaS, or payments industries is a plus
