Procurement Officer
Place of work: Subotica
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers listed by the group
- Prepare and process purchase orders, maintain accurate records of transactions, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to maintain stock levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and develop strong relationships with defined suppliers.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other departments to facilitate the disposal of materials.
- Coordinate with Finance payment plan of suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of all materials, including quantities, disposal methods, and associated costs.
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
- Analyze procurement and disposition data and metrics to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Prepare reports on procurement and material disposition activities and present findings to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of procurement and material disposition processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Proven working experience in Purchasing min 3 years.
- English language: min middle level.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
