Your job
- Data maintenance and adaptations in the following areas: sales views, master data, article designations, product classification, product structure, product texts, image, and dimensional sketch assignments, implementation of product configuration logics into Variant Management System
- Data maintenance of product system configurators.
- Coordination of data from other departments (electrical and photometric data from our laboratories)
- Creation of texts describing products in close cooperation with Product Management.
- PDB areas: article structure, product texts (at article and family levels), assignment of dimensional sketches, installation instructions and images, KTX properties, geometry, export flags
- SAP areas: sales status (Phase In/ Phase Out), creation of sales views, article class, article type, changes to material short texts, weights, SAP classification, FMC up-weights for Shape Future Configuration SAP LO/VC: include spreadsheet maintenance, feature management, configuration conditions, variant configuration, SuperBOM and Super Routing
- VIVA areas: plan/create the VIVA sheet, VIVA maintenance for MyProduct configurator: create product families, surcharge types, mandatory proposal values, rules, individual values and individual options.
- Data sheet control for the dynamic data sheet: electrical data, images, certification, installation instructions, photometric analysis, dimensional sketches, photometric data, VIVA pricing, VIVA release status
Your profile
- Very good spoken and written German and English
- Very good Excel knowledge and knowledge of handling large data quantities (spreadsheets)
- University degree
- Readiness to learn
- Advantageous: luminaire product knowledge & experience in working with SAP
- Affinity for numbers and large data quantities
- Analytical, concentrated way of working with high accuracy
- Ability to keep track of a high number of articles
- High readiness to learn the handling of new IT systems
- Ability to work in a team and communication skills
- Use of new media (such as Skype, Teams etc.) for working in geographically separate teams as well as displaying openness towards global team members
