Through close collaboration with the development team, customer success team and other stakeholders, we make informed decisions on the vision and roadmap of our products, articulate what success looks like for a product, and rally all teams to bring the product to customers. 

Role Summary

As a Product Manager you will own the end-to-end responsibility for tyntec’s flagship product Conversations. You will need to build a well-defined and integrated product roadmap by working across multiple stakeholders, including customers, partners, and development teams. You will also educate our customers on how to leverage and integrate tyntec products for use cases both inside and outside of the tyntec platform. You’ll communicate the use-cases, features, capabilities and benefits, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that will articulate the technical advantages we deliver to our customers. Supporting as a technical lead to our Sales team, you’ll actively contribute to account planning and customer adoption/success through alignment of customer goals using validated best practices.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • End-to-end responsibility for Conversations products (API and SaaS solution)
  • Full ownership of external and internal roadmap
  • Guiding engineers and product owners to develop and improve valuable services
  • Being the internal market expert for the industry category, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing to sell and promote your products
  • Defining pricing strategies globally
  • Collecting inputs from customers, sales, customer success teams and internal domain experts to design and prototype, collaborate with engineering to develop, test and deliver a marketable product on time
  • Leading the collaboration and alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Conducting in-person and web-based meetings as necessary to support pre-sales activities (e.g. discovery, requirements analysis, presentation/demonstration) with customers and prospects
  • Researching market trends, technologies, and methodologies as they emerge that may be applicable

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:                                                                                   

  • 3+ years’ experience working as a product manager for SaaS or PaaS products
  • Understanding and experience with B2B2C business models
  • Experience with offer management and answering RFPs
  • Customer-centric mindset and best practices
  • Ability to lead and work autonomously to deliver results with minimal direction
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communications and writing skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas

Plus factors:

  • Experience in developing or implementing chat bot, call center, live chat, clienteling, and/or CRM solutions
  • Experience with campaign, loyalty, ordering and/or customer care use cases
  • Experience in the eCommerce or retail industry
  • Experience with mobile communications
  • Previous employment at a social network company
