Product Manager (SPU – Programmable Controllers & Automation Components)
Location: Belgrade
Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of SPU products such as programmable controllers, I/O modules, indicators, and operator panels.

Your tasks will include:

• Market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment
• Processing marketing data and analytics
• Planning product roadmap and market entry strategies
• Initiating and leading projects to expand the local portfolio
• Planning product marketing activities and managing marketing materials
• Providing technical and marketing support to internal teams
• Participating in presentations, negotiations, and client meetings

Qualifications

• Higher technical education (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
  ▪️ Electrical engineering
  ▪️ SPU systems
  ▪️ Industrial automation
• Understanding of industrial automation and control systems (knowledge of Codesys is an advantage)
• Previous experience as SPU Engineer, Product Manager, or Project Manager is a plus
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Personal qualities: independence, initiative, responsibility, teamwork, result orientation, and resilience
