Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who will be responsible for effectively managing communication between the programming team and Stakeholders.

Working on the premises is requested, in Vračar, Belgrade. For this role, we are open to discussing the possibility of flexible start and finish working hours, between 9.00/11.00 AM to 5.00/7.00 PM. And also a couple of remote working days per month.

We will mostly be working with the European market, but there will also be a collaboration with the US programming team.

Full employment contract, with a starting salary of $4K per month.

Product Owner:

• Goals:
  - Clarify Feature-Requests and Bugs with Internal and External Stakeholders
  - Prioritize Feature Requests
  - Write a Roadmap and keep it up-to-date
  - Work with Designers and write Jira tickets
  - Keep the team on the “target” and review developed functionality
  - Coordinate Releases
• Must have:
  - At least 3 years of expertise in Product Ownership
  - Proven track record of leading successful Agile Software Teams
  - Fluent in English
  - Good in documenting complex functionality
  
  
• Nice to have:
  - Fluent in German
  - Certification as Product Manager and/or Scrum Master
  - Worked in High-Availability, High-Throughput Web Projects
  - Technical Knowledge (Development, IT Operations, Security,…)
  - Worked as a Scrum Master before, willing to also fulfill that role
