ECD (ecd.rs) is the first crypto currency exchange in Serbia. Founded in 2012 we helped more than 30.000 customers to enter the crypto world. Our secure and reliable platform allows complete newbies to buy crypto in just a couple of clicks. Experienced traders choose us because we offer very fast and reliable transaction execution, with a process fully controlled by a customer.
Our Belgrade office has 30+ professionals, with a strong development team and renowned crypto experts.
Due to continuous expansion, we are looking for a Product Owner that keeps promises, who uses a beautiful piece of wood even on a back of a chest of drawers (Steve Job’s quote) and who is passionate for what he/she is doing, to will help us deliver a reliable, scalable and performant platform using cutting edge technologies.
What will you do?
- Work in a visionary team that writes history of Serbian crypto market
- Own the platform - understand the business processes and ensure they are well supported by the system; define a development roadmap; discover the pain points and address them
- Translate business and user needs into technical requirements and vice versa and share them with stakeholders
- Use all available inputs, including research, quantitative data, business priorities, budget constraints, technical feasibility, regulatory deadlines, etc. to define and prioritize development plan
- Assess risks, identify blockers and address them, provide alternatives so the target won’t be missed, escalate and ensure full transparency over project status
- Build strong relationships with business and development teams; rely on the expertise of your teammates to deliver the best customer experience
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience as Product Owner in highly efficient agile team
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and development practices
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High-quality standards for every work output even under high pressure and challenging deadlines
- Passionate about technology and crypto industry
- University degree in computer science or organizational sciences
