Production Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

1.  Production plan management

• Achieve the daily shipment target, and work with logistics department to analyze the reasons for the uncompleted items and provide solutions
• Follow up the planner's production schedule and ensure the daily planned quantity is achieved
• Participate in the design review of new products, new processes and new production lines, and put forward improvement suggestions. Support the trial production of new products

2.  Production efficiency management

• Develop annual production efficiency improvement plan, lead and support team members to use lean tools to continuously improve production efficiency

3.  Integrated production management

• Manage and improve the 5S and visual level of the factory
• Actively understand employees' ideas, plan activities to continuously improve team morale and employee satisfaction, etc.

4.  Product quality management

• Responsible for managing the production team to operate according to SOP
• Monitor the handling process of quality defect, participate in team discussion and follow up the effectiveness of the action on quality spillover.

5.  Regional security management

• Strictly follow the requirements of the safety management system to ensure the personal safety of employees
• Perform daily safety inspection, identify and deal with potential safety risks in time, be responsible for safety supervision in production area and improve the safety audit ability of team leader.
• Provide safety training to new employees

Requirements:

• College degree or above
• More than 3 years team management experience, related experience in automotive industry is preferred
• Good english skills (written and spoken) 
• Practical skills in lean production. (Visual, efficiency improvement, team construction)
• Strong team, communication, innovation and coordination ability
