Production Planner - Administrator

Alumil YU Industry is a multinational company that has been involved in the production and distribution of aluminum profiles for over 30 years. Alumil is one of the leading regional distributors of aluminum profiles, PVC profiles, and fittings.

Due to an increase in workload, our sales production team is looking for new members who will contribute to our success. Therefore, we are announcing an opening for the position of:

Production Planner - Administrator
Location: Nova Pazova

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishment of procedures based on the setting of priorities to produce goods and monitoring deadlines and delivery profiles
• Mandatory daily monitoring of relations ordered goods and inventories and rapid response in the event of changes in customer requirements in order not to create unnecessary inventory
• Coordination of all industrial processes in production
• Improving material flow between processes
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data (in his area of responsibility), making recommendations
• Implementation of new advanced planning system in the planning process (in his area of responsibility)
• Considers a special dedication to various specific requests of each customer (different alloys, cutting tolerance, priorities etc.)
• Creating a central plan for additional profiles processing (CNC machining, extra cutting etc.)
• Monitoring the flow movement of the bars through warehouses and participation in finding solution for possible problems
• Is accountable towards Head of Production Planning & Stock Management and towards Production Manager for the course of results and justifies any given variation regarding to production goals
• Creating and accuracy check of the production documents in ERP system – in his area of responsibility

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum IV level of education in a technical or mechanical field
• Work experience – 1 year in similar positions
• Computer skills, MS Office
