Production Planner

Xingyu Automotive Lighting System is a car light producer for the major OEM-s on the European market. Currently we are expanding our Logistic team and we are searching for a colleagues m/f for the position Production Planner. 

Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for the production plan on a daily basis;
•  Responsible for amending and supplementing the plan and for for its realization;
•  Performs an assessment of the necessary capacities (materials, personnel, etc.) per shift in order to implement the plan;
•  Responsible for the effectiveness and rationalization of the process itself;
•  Coordinates and cooperates with procurement in order to optimize and implement the plan;
•  Analyzes the results on a monthly basis, evaluates the needs for the next month, controls the stock;
•  Creates reports on a daily basis;
•  Collaborates with the production sector in order to achieve the plan, monitors its implementation, point out the   problems which can lead to downtime;
•  Creates urgent production plans, takes care of their implementation, cooperates with the production sector for the   purpose  of timely production.

Requirements:

• VII level of degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in automotive industry.
• Microsoft Office and relevant ERP knowledge.
• Advanced level of English.
• Organizational and communication skills.
