Production Planning Coordinator

Job duties:

• Plan the production in accordance with priorities and capacities
• Update and communicate changes in the production plan in accordance with urgent orders and requirements
• Monitor the state of stocks and revises production plans accordingly to ensure the necessary stocks
• Monitor the implementation of the current production plan and reports on possible non-compliances
• Supervise the delivery plan based on customer orders and ensures optimal transit time and collection / packing / loading time
• Be responsible for preparing, updating and controlling of delivery lists and data entered into IS
• Report on KPIs related to production planning and proposes necessary improvements
