Production Supervisor in Pre-Manufacturing Department

Your job

Production of semi-finished parts in the area of pre-manufacturing for the coating and the lighting assembly line. Working in a flexible working environment, the main tasks are:

• Ensuring compliance with internal and external user requirements with employees, equipment and budget
• Developing a culture of continuous improvement through consulting and team development
• Management and development of people in the field of premanufacturing
• Contributing and monitoring improvement processes (eg Kaizen workshops) and ways of working to achieve global production standards using Lean Management
• Reporting and improving key performance indicators, such as safety, quality, cost, delivery and people
• Meeting agreed production plans, developing capacity and resource plans to ensure flexible response to demand
• Manage corrective actions as needed to resolve technical, safety or quality issues
• Ensuring compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations

Your profile

• Knowledge of metal and plastic processing (bending, cutting, drilling, milling, punching, injection molding)
• Previous experience in same/similar positions
• Knowledge of CNC metal machining
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent attitude and record of attendance at work
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Manufacturing operations experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
• VI degree technical profession, University degree will be an advantage
• Language skills (fluent in written and spoken English)
• Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CNC programming will be an advantage
