About the job
- Managing the production team while coordinating manual and machine processes.
- Ensuring the high quality and timely delivery of the ordered product quantity by regularly controlling the process.
- Maintaining the working space, machines and tools in accordance with the valid health and safety rules as well as the internal company policies in order to provide a safe environment for the employees.
- Defining the adequate procedures for the conducted operations, organizing the trainings for subordinates and discipline them if needed.
- Establishing the successful collaboration with the supporting departments within organization, including development center in implementation of the 5S system.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- High School diploma or University degree;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Excellent Serbian and English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office packet;
- Experience with SAP is an advantage;
- Logical and strategic thinking, orderliness, an eye to details;
- Excellent people management and analytical skills;
- Explorative and accountable attitude
