Program Manager
Specialties:
Process Engineering & Optimization, Requirement Identification, Operations Strategy and Execution, Risk Management, Cost Accounting, Quality Assurance, Documentation in R&D and Engineering, Cross-functional Team Development & Management, Smart Sourcing, Supply Chain Management.
Description:
- Manage multiple projects for Medical Device companies across the globe. Defining and resourcing multiple distinct projects in various stages of their life-cycle
- Drive the unification of the organization’s project management, source control, BUG tracking systems, technical team, manufacturing team (India) and Account Managers (USA). Unified test teams to create an automation infrastructure. The Candidate will be required to develop expertise in Scrum and Agile methods to consistently drive the customer's priorities to the top of the list building confidence in both the client and development teams. Implement agile practices on your team and train sibling PMs in Scrum. Spearhead the adoption of Scrum across your group
- Candidate should also understand the needs of the development team, working hard keep distractions to a minimum and priorities clear. Candidate will also be required to hire and manage the staff
Experience:
- More than 3 years of progressive experience as Program Manager in New Product Development in the medical device industry and/or High Tech Systems Development & Integration
- MBA with a Technical Degree a plus Minimum Bachelor of Engineering (Software or Hardware)
