Brief Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant Engineer to support our engineering team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will assist in planning, coordination, documentation, and communication between departments, suppliers, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, can manage multiple tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Support procurement, supplier communication, and material tracking for projects.
• Follow up on project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
• Assist in technical reviews, testing coordination, and acceptance procedures.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or higher; degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field preferred.
• Experience: This position is suitable for Interns and junior engineer, with some or no prior experience.
• Languages: Professional English
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of engineering principles, project workflows, and technical documentation.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and good communication skills.
