This position is responsible for assisting with the management of projects throughout the US from development to completion and closeout.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Creation and completion of project schedule
Complete material take-off and planning/coordination of subcontractors and materials
Coordinating with Project Manager on project documents needed
Assist PM with establish scope of subcontracted work and verifying vendors
Assist the PM with shipments of materials to the appropriate sites
Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with Scope of Work
Prepare and maintain cost tracker to ensure budget guidelines are being met
Monitor activities of subcontractors and employees on job sites, confirm check-ins/check-outs and review photos
Assist in resolving contract questions with customers and contractors with direction from the PM
Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are complete as required

2-year business or technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in construction environment preferred
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills necessary
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient level of English language
