We are looking for a Project Coordinator.

Key responsibilities:

Assists and supports to Project Manager on all projects related to the Tower business:

• Supporting the project manager in the planning, execution, and completion of projects. This includes organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating communication among team members.
• Assisting the project manager in organizing, tracking, and managing project documentation and workflows. Ensuring all project documents are aligned.
• Administrative tasks and coordination, ensuring project tasks are executed according to plan and within deadlines.
• Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate project records.
• Help coordinate communication between the project team and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and assist in preparing reports and updates.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and assist in risk identification.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in technical/organizational science  
• Experience in project coordination in telco or civil works will be an advantage
• An advanced computer user, with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Serbian
• Driver’s license B category
