Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project initiation by establishing cross-functional teams (CFT), creating comprehensive project plans, and evaluating new product designs and risks.
- Participate in new product process development, including process review, equipment procurement, production line layout planning, and workforce planning.
- Oversee equipment and tooling acceptance, including planning for installation, debugging, and operational readiness.
- Prepare and issue key documents such as Control Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), PFMEA, and Flowcharts.
- Train operators, organize trial production, deliver sample products, and lead capacity analysis and improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- College degree or above specializing in Engineering, Project Management or Machine Engineering.
- Familiarity with project development systems and project management principles.
- Proficiency in recognizing and analyzing 2D drawings.
- Strong process analysis capabilities and expertise in IE improvement methods.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and execution skills.
